Shipping policy
Delivery Times
Once you place your order with us either online or in store, we will provide you with an estimated lead time. Lead times are subjective and vary on each product. We will do our best ensure your order is delivered to you as soon as possible
If any of our “In Stock” pieces which are purchased, will be delivered or collected within 7 days. Deliveries outside of Dublin and surrounding areas are completed by our team but may need an extra day to deliver (deliveries outside of Dublin may take up to 10 working days).
Although we try our very best to ensure that your items are delivered in the time frame specified, delays may occur that are beyond our control. We will always advise you of the lead time at the point of sale and will provide the information that is available to us at that time.
Delivery Day
We will always contact you via phone call or text message with an approximate time frame either the day before (nationwide deliveries) or on the morning of (local deliveries) your scheduled delivery date. We cannot guarantee this time frame to be completely accurate due to unforeseen delays, traffic etc. If you have a question regarding your delivery, please contact our team on 0894950238.
Our delivery team will deliver, assemble and remove all rubbish from the order.
If you need any furniture disposed of please contact us in advance as a fee is associated with removal if required.
We are deligted to be partnered with Enable Ireland so if you have furniture which you want removed but can be reused we can bring it to Enable Ireland Free of Charge.
Shipping Costs:
Currently there is no fee for delivery nationwide. Pieces.ie offer Free shipping nationwide. We provide warehouse to door delivery throughout Ireland.
If our drivers cannot contact you on the number provided or fails to gain access to your delivery address on the day, your delivery will be scheduled for the next available delivery slot. A re-delivery charge will be applied. This charge will depend on your location and Items being delivered.
Where do we ship to?
Pieces.ie ships, for free, to addresses within The Republic of Ireland only. We do not ship to Northern Ireland, GB or Europe Currently.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Pieces.ie is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
International Shipping
We currently do not provide internal shipping.
