Delivery Team Member

Responsibilities & duties

  • We’re looking for someone with strong attention to detail, a practical problem solver with a “can-do” attitude. If you have good DIY / craft skills we would love to hear from you.
  • Prep for deliveries, including loading and packing the truck
  • Deliver to customer home and assembly if required, including removal of packaging on delivered items.
  • Assist with receiving stock into the warehouse and maintaining an organised and tidy warehouse.
  • Be able to provide support to the sales and retail staff in managing deliveries and warehouse management.
  • Manage daily delivery schedule efficiently and report on any issues or failed deliveries.


We’re looking for someone with:

  • Full clean “B” driving Licence
  • Driver and customer experience
  • Forklift licence would be an advantage
  • Manual handling certificate would be an advantage and the ability to correctly lift/move furniture, on a daily basis.
  • Good Customer service skills to engage and converse with customers.

Job Type:

  • Permanent full time
  • Hours of work are approximately 09:00 – 17:30 Mon-Fri
  • Overtime and additional hours may be required at certain times.
  • 20 days annual leave
