This website https://www.pieces.ie(the “Website”) is owned and operated by Woodside Furniture Company Ltd. (registered in The Republic of Ireland with company registration number 611249) (called in this notice “we”, “our” or “us”).

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

Email marketing: With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

How Long do you Keep it for?

We will only keep information about your visit to our Website for as long as is necessary for the purposes we’ve mentioned. Typically we delete user browsing information every 2 years.

We work hard to make sure your personal and banking details are kept secure while you are on our website.

Your Card payments are not processed through the pieces.ie website, but managed by industry experts in WooCommerce, Odorite and BOIPA.

  1. WooCommerce is our shopping cart, who do not collect any payment details.
  2. Odorite is our stock partner who capture your details for delivery
  3. BOIPA is our payment partner who securely manage the payment process.

Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Pieces.ie does not hold any personal data from a sale or purchase, should you mail or call us we will store your details which will be removed or deleted should you request.

We will access your information for delivery only and we gather this information from our partner and at no time will it be stored on a system controlled by Pieces.ie.

Your card information is securely managed by our Third-parties.

We use Google Analytics on the website. These cookies allow us to count visits and traffic sources, so we can measure and improve the performance of our site.

If you signed up to our Newsletter you will receive service announcements associated with our site as well as promotional queries.

You will not be added to this mailing list if you have not agreed to do so. Contacting us through a general query will not result in being added to the site, unless you opt in.

Information you give us when you enter a competition, prize draw, or promotion.
