Sinead McGuinness is a screen printer & graphic designer with 20+ years of design experience.

Sinead works under the name MC&RO. Sinead’s company, established in 2023, evolved from worldwide experiences, embracing different cultures for a colourful and creative brand. Originating from Co. Wicklow, Sinead finds inspiration everywhere – in nature, people and animals, and hones in on form, shape and symmetry.

Artichokes – Framed:

This bold maximalist screenprint is Sinead’s interpretation of the artichoke, using multiple layers of ink, a variety of colours and patterns to create depth. The artichoke has been a symbol of hope, prosperity, and resilience in design for centuries. Its tough exterior and tender core represent strength and inner beauty. Historically, it’s featured in classical architecture and modern designs alike, often symbolising transformation.
